  1. Clean besan and take into one bowl.
  1. Finely chop tomato, carrot, onion, green chilies, cauli-flower, coriander leaves.
  1. Now add all chopped veggies in besan and mix it well.
  1. Add in that mixture 1 tea spoon turmeric powder, 1 tea spoon sesame seeds and salt as per taste.
  1. Now add water in that and make one thick batter.
  1. Put one non-stick or regular pan on gas with medium flame and heat it up.
  1. Once pan get heated greases it with oil. Apply batter on pan with plain round like pancake shaped medium thick ‘poli.’
  1. Shallow fry one side with some extra oil for 5 minutes on medium flame of gas.
  1. Once one side get prepared nicely turn it another side. Now shallow fry other side. With oil for 5 minutes on medium gas flame.
  1. When both sides get fully became golden brown and crispy turn off gas
  1. Now serve it with cold curd and here’s you Veggies besan chilla is ready to eat!
