Thought of the day | self inner healing. | Part 1- Hello everyone, welcome back to my new blog. Today’s blog topic is ‘self inner healing’. Which is important when we walk through of life journey.

From childhood to our young life, we get wounds and traumas. We deal with various such incidents that change our lives.

But FRIENDS, ALL THESE TRAUMAS do not get out of our lives, unless we purposefully remove them. They get stuck in our energy centers, or you can say chakras. And came to the surface when we get an emotional trigger. And these emotional triggers must be healed.

Healing our traumas and wounds is very necessary for our growth. You can’t ignore or suppress them. Otherwise, they will arise from time to time whenever you get triggers over there. The main motive of healing is your overall transformation, SPIRITUALLY and 3D life. In this article, I am going to share points that will help you throughout your self-healing journey. Then let’s start the article. Go through the following points.

1. Transformation-

Self-healing is a journey of transformation. Your overall life will change after healing. It will help you to be a good version of yourself.  This transformation comes with more knowledge, more understanding, and more experiences to be filled with more lessons.

This transformation journey is neither easy nor short. It takes more time to transform you from an old, wounded version to a better version of yourself. Transformation, you can say you will be more spiritual, balanced, and healed on the inner side. You no longer feel incomplete and longing.

Instead, you feel complete and balanced, and healed within you. You no longer feel alone, and you start enjoying your own company. You will do activities that will make you happy and balanced. And this transformation comes with healing, paying gratitude, and surrender.

Paying gratitude not just makes you alive, it will give you a new direction towards making your life happy, whereas the feeling of surrender gives you what you want from the universe. So your journey of healing and balancing goes parallel with these two ways, one is paying gratitude, and the other is surrender.

2. Inner peace โ€“

With healing, you start to feel inner peace. You will see good changes within you. Inner peace carries all emotional feelings. When we achieve inner peace, we have done our complete transformation and healing.

To experience inner peace, we need to complete our inner self-healing.

3. Personal growth โ€“

As we go on doing inner healing, automatically our personal growth starts. Personal growth means how well you are as a human being, and how you deal with other people. Personal growth brings out your strong character. You need to work on yourself. Shadow work, trauma healing, wound healing, inner work, and healing practices are all things you can do for your inner self-healing and for personal growth.

4. Emotional pain โ€“

When you are on the path of spiritual awakening, you will feel emotional pain in the form of emotional triggers. We try to let go and release this pain. This could be a major part of your inner self-healing. You need to release all this pain. For that, you can take the help of psychiatrists.

It is very important to heal this emotional pain. People suffer for a long time because of this kind of pain. After taking long-term treatment, this pain comes under control. Our main purpose of inner self-healing is to overcome and vanish this emotional pain. Spiritual awakening means the process where you stop running outside for anything and search for all question answers from within you. You became more evolved during healing and while handling inner self-healing.

So, do regular healing, and with the doctor’s treatment, you can lessen this pain. And move on this path with healing and balancing.

So, in this way, we concluded here that you can do your inner self-healing with proper techniques and awareness. This could be done for your inner peace and balance.
