Thought of the Day | Live Yourself! – Sometimes we feel unwell. All inside things get imbalanced. And we get stuck at one point. We feel fear and guilt, get angry about everything, get stuck in our minds, and feel uneasy.
We cry, shout, and get frustrated, but still, we don’t get any solution. We always choose to stay in shells, with suffering alone. These pains kill you from the inside, and no one will know it from the outside. This internal suffering causes lots of things to fall away. We lose our education, our job, our mental peace, our social state, and yes, of course, our life.
Our life’s core values are based on how strong our base is. If your base is weak, it may cause all system to collapse. Your digestive system suffers, your heart feels stuckness or blocked, and your throat feels pain and uneasiness. All these signs mean your soul level system is disturbed. your inner balance and completeness are lost. You always feel tired, you feel something is killing you from inside.
You are even unable to communicate or express to anyone what things you are experiencing and going through. Your throat becomes your enemy. You literally get stuck on what to say and what not.
You always stay alone, sad, in regression. You can suffer for years and years if you don’t take action on it. You have to speak up. You have to find a way to overcome this situation, this torture.
You have to give yourself a chance to live. Find a solution to it. Search, consult, counseling, and even medical treatment are needed to come out of such horrible circumstances.
Here, I have given some points, use them you will get help or any clue to deal with such a situation and recover yourself soon.
Please go through the following points.
1. Remove inner troubles or problems – This point suggests that you have to remove all your inner troubles and problems. All your traumas and wounds you have to heal and release.
No longer do you need to think about that and get worried. Remember, time heals everything. As you move forward with a positive mindset, all your dark energies will come to the surface.
All you need is just heal and release them. You have to allow yourself not to be trapped in such situations.
Then, there will be questions that arise in your mind about how I can remove these traumas that are rooted inside me. So, firstly, go step by step. The first thing you have to do is seek doctor treatment.
Consult one good psychiatrist. Take suggestions from them. Take medicines. Don’t ignore your health issues. Take your medicines on time and on a regular basis.
To remove all the issues from inside or tackle such situations, you have the guts of don’t give up on it.
You have to fight and win this battle. Believe in yourself and make efforts to overcome and fix all the pains and triggers. Heal and release all your traumas and wounds. Allow yourself to take a free breath.
2. self-care – Caring for yourselves is an art. There are many times when people hurt you, or you get hurt by any situation or event. In such cases, we don’t have to blame ourselves. Instead, we need to take care of ourselves.
Self-care is the highest present that we can gift ourselves. Learn to do self-care. You can do self-care by taking care of yourself by accepting all your lacks and issues. You can take care of yourself while healing them silently.
You can take care of yourself by providing yourself with good health. By spending more time with yourself, by giving good things that bring you happiness.
In any situation, you don’t let yourself. You will be kind to yourself. Always make efforts to be happy and healed. Your traumas and wounds are your teachers; you have to learn from them while healing them.
Remember, healing is the best emotion that we give ourselves. Healing every wrong done to yourself is your duty. So, do your duty with all your loyalty.
Care and compassion are obvious things that one can experience, but don’t take yourself for granted. That you don’t need any sort of caring and healing.
If you are hurting again and again for the same reason, then it’s not happening by coincidence; it’s a sign from the universe that you have to go to that place inside you and provide healing, and then release all suppressed and hurt feelings.
Self-care is what we do for our happiness and joy. To achieve our dream. To fulfill all our desires and goals, we get healed completely.
3. self-love – Self-love comes with taking care of doing what you love to do. Suppose you love to eat, then complete your desire. In this way, you will have lots of different things to explore.
Like you visit various restaurants to fulfill your craving for food, maybe you learn to cook the food you love. So, self-love is simply loving things that you love to do. The way you treat yourself decides how much you love yourself. Go shopping, take trips, or picnic with loved ones.
Give yourself a treat, go to the parlor, and do self-care. Have food that you love. Do yoga and meditation, go for a jog or walk. Stay always happy, tension-free, and positive. Take care of yourself. Do your favorite things like dancing, singing, and listening to music.
Visit the places you love. Try to be financially independent. Go to all the places inside you that are paining or imbalanced and heal them.
Healing is the main thing in self-love. Heal all your wounds and traumas with self-love. Then we can say self-loving means healing yourself. Say good words for yourselves. Donโt blame yourself or others for anything.
Just heal all the pains and release them.
