Thought of the day | Learn to make yourself happy in tough situation | Part 2- Hello friends welcome back in Part 2 of learn to make yourself happy in tough situation. In this part I am going to share some effective and interested facts. That if we try to adapt in our daily life, the life will be easy and happy. So, please the article. 1) Do minimum five things good in a day-

    Friends we all wake up in the morning, do our routine then it could be your job or household tasks. Just wake and do routine work. Because of this daily routine there will be possibility of tiredness or you feel boring.

    So, remove these feeling, do minimum five things good or you loved things in a day.  Then it could be your hobby. Go gym, go for walking in garden, play any game that require physical efforts like, basketball or badminton. Cook, photography etc. And do this things along with your daily routine and see the result. I am sure you will feel more positive and energetic. You will forget all your pain and sorrow.

    So, in this way you can feel happy by adapting this technique.

    2) Give credit about the good work-

    You must have habit of self praising. Any work you do give credit to yourself. Because only you can know how to do your work and do it with all you done well that task. So, give praising.

    Give credit about the good work to other people also. So, what will happened from this is that you will be more friendly to people and the people will fond you.

    So, add the habit of gratitude.

    3) Learn to self love-

    To make yourself happy self love is important. What is mean by self love then answer is giving all the love to yourself. Not making yourself helpless. Always being there for yourself.

    Giving good lifestyle to yourself. Do all the hard work and be successful. Donโ€™t give reasons for success, work hard and create things in reality. And this kind of self love will be another level achievement.

    4) Solve your problems and take help if necessary-

    Every positive and negative thing come into our life to teach something. So, donโ€™t blame accept and try to find out solution for it. Solve your problems. For that take help if necessary. Donโ€™t ignore the present and do things according that.

    Your positive efforts to come up from problems are very important. So, ask for help from people who you knows. In this way you will come out from bad or tough situation, by taking help.

    5) Be happy and satisfied about what happened-

    Next point is this be happy and satisfied about what happened. There could be not your fault that you are facing. Sometimes what happened is not your choice or not because of you.

    So, what we can do in such situations? We can simply say about that it was not your fault and try to convey people. Itโ€™s not necessary to take full responsibility of thing that you hadnโ€™t done. Let handle them by their self. You just stay happy and satisfied about what happened without blaming anyone.

    6) Take lesson from it, don’t blame yourself and others-

    If something happens to us wrong then assume that it is happened to learn something to us.

    Then take lesson from it, please donโ€™t blame yourself and others.

    All happens to us is godโ€™s plan. And godโ€™s plan is always right for us. Donโ€™t doubt about that.

    Tough situations break us , literally our it breaks out inside. So, in this situations you have to be very strong.

    Donโ€™t blame yourself and others. I other people are associated with it. Just tell them clearly and try to come out of all the negativity.

    So, in this way you can come out from tough situation, with tension free and happy.
