Thought of the day | Inner work is important- In how many ways can we do inner work?
In true ways, inner work is not a single term or practice; it involves many things. In this article, I am going to discuss those things. So, let’s start the article with giving inner work guide.
1) Meditation –
We all know Meditation is a strong way of loving ourselves. For mental peace, meditation is very important. So do inner work, and for that, start with meditation.
Do meditation every morning and experience bliss in your life. Meditation is one most important practices when you go for inner work.
2) Self-love –
Self-love is next on the list. Accept yourself as you are. Take care of yourself. Don’t let yourself be alone in any situation. To do self-love self self-care is important. Give attention to your favorite thing and hobby. It’s like if you love to go parlor, or have tasty food, give it to yourself. Give yourself small treats. Enjoy every moment of your life. Stay always happy.
3) Paying gratitude โ
Pay gratitude for every little thing that you have. Paying gratitude makes you a good human being. We pay gratitude to others or god when we are very happy. Practice the skills of paying gratitude. Simply say โThank you.โ
4) Mirror exercise โ
The next practice is a mirror exercise. In this practice, you have to affirm positive sentences in front of a mirror, watching yourself in the mirror. The benefit of mirror exercise is that you become more positive and lovable. See yourself in the mirror and give love vibration to the part of your body watching you.
Mirror exercise is more effective and easiest way of inner work.
5) Chakra balancing โ
We all know there are seven chakraโs in your body. Root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra, and crown chakra, these are total seven chakras that exist in our body. They all rotate clockwise inside your body.
They get blocked because of any kind of wound or trauma. For good health, we need to heal and activate all these chakras.
6) Spiritual being โ
Next is spiritual awakening. Spirituality plays a very important role when we come to inner work. Do spiritual practices like mantra chanting, journaling, yoga, and exercise.
It gives mental peace and wisdom of knowledge. So, for overall growth, add the habit of spiritual practices.
7) Strong aura protection โ
Our aura also plays a very important role when it comes to complete awareness. Every human has their unique aura. We need to maintain it strong and positive.
For that, we need to take care that it will not get faded. For that, do some rituals. Like take a bath with salt water, burn camphor, wear zodiac sign stones.
In this way, you can protect your aura from energy vampires and from low vibrational people.
8) Always live in a feeling of surrender-
People will ask what we should carry all the time. The answer is the feeling of surrender.
Feeling of surrender manipulates overthinking and tensions.
You start feeling happy, with gratitude always, so that all your worries get dissolved.
Surrender all your worries, tensionโs and sorrows.
In this way, you can live your life with more happiness and willingness.
So, what we conveyed here is that if you want to spend your life calmly and peacefully, then inner work is important. So, you can add all these activities to your daily life to live fully.
