I am talking about meditation. Friends, meditation has a bunch of benefits. For example, if you meditate regularly, your psychic ability will be tremendously good, you will be mentally fit, your personality will be enhanced, and you will be calmer and more satisfied with what you have.

So meditation is like a blessing that only you can give to yourself.
Our current habits decide our future. Sometimes we are obsessed with our habits, people, or things. But not all these things need to be good for you. It will bring loss and headaches to you. So, add good habits to your daily routine and remove bad ones. Meditating every day removes all bad effects on your overall health. Sit in the โ€˜Dhyanaโ€™ position and close your eyes. Stay in this state for at least 20 minutes. In these 20 minutes observe all your thoughts. And start negotiating all these many thoughts to no thought. Then concentrate your focus on the third eye and stay relaxed. Breath slowly. Inhale and exhale the breath. You can chant mantras also.

Then began to do โ€˜Pranayamaโ€™. This is one Yoga practice. In this specific practice, you have to inhale from one hole of your nose and exhale from the other and vice versa to complete one โ€˜ Pranayamaโ€™ cycle. For good results practice five cycles of this practice.

As daily you start doing in your morning you will see good changes in your overall life.

Health, relationships, and your perspective toward life and the world will start getting more clear, more positive, and more satisfactory!
