It is no thing like giving us expensive assets like a car, money, expensive dresses, and jewelry, but it is a gentle state of giving harmony and joy inside you.

So, yes, meditation is the magical term. As you go forward and deep inside this, you will realize how intense and powerful a way of self-care and self-healing.

And I assure you will start enjoying it every day. You will keep saying Ya! this something, something magical and worthy.

2. How to meditate? –

To meditate, all we need is a quiet place where no disturbance from anyone. Just one silent place! Now sit on the ground in a comfortable position. ‘Dhyanstha’ pose is good for better results of meditation.

You can pay more attention to all your inner activities and movements. Like thoughts, senses, pain, and lack ness. Now gather your attention on one place exactly in your eyesight and slowly close your eyes.

Live your hands free and at ease, don’t let them be tight. Keep your spine straight. Just focus on your breath. Stay in this state minimum of twenty minutes.

Let your mind wander, just ignore it, and try to find focus. Yes! And that’s how we can start meditation.

3. What are the good effects of meditation? –

Meditation becomes a threat to negativity that has hijacked our minds. And this is crystal clear good effect of meditation. What is their negativity? They are anxiety, stress, depression, fear, anger, and overthinking. So, every day practice meditation creates a strong and healthy mind.

4. What conditions should be there before you start meditating? –

There are some conditions that need to be fulfilled before you start meditation. Wash your face with lukewarm water. Let the water touch your eyes and gently clean them. Now, dry your face with a cotton towel. If you want, then brush your teeth, in case you are meditating in the early morning.

5. For what purpose should you meditate? How to balance it? –

When we start meditating, just two seconds later, we start feeling uneasy. You think, “Why am I doing this? It’s just a waste of time!” Instead of this, I can do other more valuable tasks. And this time of period I am wasting on meditation. I can achieve something big. You literally feel like running away. You start feeling unlucky.

You think, “Why does this time come to me to do such time-wasting and worthless activity?”

So, in this case, firstly, don’t force yourself to keep doing it if you really don’t have an interest. Leave it as it is for some time. After some time, when you feel that again, I have to meditate, then start it as long as you can do it.

Don’t force the mind and brain to do meditation. Instead, listen to your heart and mind. Give a few minutes for meditation, but do it on a regular basis.
