2. How to stop postponing or delaying our work? –

We start our day with lots of planning and resolutions. But as started working on it we start shrinking from it. We make excuses to avoid our tasks and activities.

This results in failure in giving justice to work done. Day goes waste and not productive. At the end of the day we only remain with frustration and regression.

Our mind suffers more in such cases. So, stop torturing your mind and give it some love by being disciplined. You make use of these points as stated following.

Start loving your work you do. Stop finding excuses and be honest to your duties. Spend less time on social media. Complete your work as decided and on time most importantly.

Very famous said is there that, “Laziness is our biggest enemy.” This is very true. Your big goals and dreams remains as it is if you are lazy.

With every ambition, hard work is need to be with it. So, how we could overcome laziness? Start taking initiative instead of sitting at one place and dreaming it.

Meditate, do exercise, play physical and mind involving games, listen high vibrational, soft and motivational music. Start spiritual practices.

Walk the path of being empath and of devotion. Start working on your strength and skills. Improve your abilities to do work better. Trust yourself.

Start self love. Be patient and calm. Avoid violence and arguments. Be true with yourself and one day you will be with others too! Feel self respect and worth.

Because of improper self care and awareness we face sickness or energy draining. Our energy goes down under pressure and burden of work.

So, it’s necessary to make our daily work routine with breaks between every work. We have to take break of 10 minutes between each task.

Take energy drinks, juice to boost your energy. Try to balance your energy. Don’t neglect sickness. Take proper rest if needed.

Don’t force your body and brain to do something. Know your limits, weakness and try to work on it. Take doctors consultation if necessary.

Meditate, drink enough water, have food on time, take good nap of proper time, take tea or coffee, talk with someone, go outside for walk.
