Aloo sandwich recipe –
Ingredients required : Aloo sandwich recipe –
8 slices of bread
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1 onion
1 boiled potato
meyones
tomato sauce
coriander
mint
green chilies
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
Process of making Sandwich –
- Firstly we are going to make green chutney. For which we are taking coriander leaves, mint leaves, salt as per taste, cumin seeds and green chilies in one mixer grinder pot and making one fine, thick chutney with the help of water.
- Chop all vegetables in round shape into thin slices
- Now take one bread’s slice and apply green chutney on it’s one surface and put vegetables such that each slices should be arranged at each corner of bread. Now put each vegetable slice on each other layer wise make one fine stack of vegetable.
- Now heat the pan on gas and apply some oil or butter on it. Now put the prepared sandwich on pan.
- Take another slice of bread and apply meyones on it with similar consistency and spread over all surface of bread.
- Now put this slice on sandwich on pan top and press down ward.
- Heat up each side of sandwich till it gets golden brown on low flame of gas.
- Once it turned to golden brown off the gas and sandwich is ready to eat!
- Now one sandwich is ready repeat the same procedure and make remaining sandwiches too.

2 Boiled potato
1 onion
1 tomato
coriander leaves
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon chat masala
Salt as per taste
Process of making Sprout – potato salad –
- Take all germinated sprouts Black chick pea, green peas and Green gram in one bowl.
- Finely chop boiled potato, tomato, onion and coriander leaves.
- Now add chopped veggies in sprouts and mix well.
- Then add red chili powder, chat masala and salt as per taste.
- Mix well and your salad is ready to eat!
