5 good eating habits – Hello everyone welcome you all to my blog. Today’s topic is 5 eating habits for good health. We live for food and work hard to earn good food. Food gives energy to our body to do all work and daily activities.
Food can’t be replaced by any other thing. Food is as important as we breath. Food affects our health according to what proteins and nutrition that food provides to our body, eating habits also affect our health.
So, having control over eating habits is very important.
In this article, I am going to share some habits that give a better eating routine for your good health. So, let’s start the article without wasting time.
1. Take your food at the right time –
Eating food at right time is very important. Often we delay our breakfast, lunch and even dinner. Having meal late causes major health issues. Acidity, headache, stomach heaviness, difficulty to digest food, allergy etc.
If you cook meal yourself then it always happens that you will miss right time of eating, as you have to be ready and do your personal or office work. You think that once you complete your work then you will have food. In this matter you skip the correct time and you take meal late.
Most of time we busy in our work and not even getting time to have food, this will result on our health. Because of not proper digestion we face weight gain and may cause feeling sleepy during your work.
To avoid this don’t miss your right meal time. Try to maintain proper time table to have your meal.
2. Try to take balanced food in your plate –
Friends our plate should be full of all food items that give all required proteins and nutritionโs to our body. Green vegetables, salad, yogurt, rice, roti are items that should be in your plate compulsory at least at one meal, either in lunch or dinner.
Vegetables are good source of vitamin and minerals. Rice and roti gives strength and fiber to your body and makes your body strong. Salad and yogurt will help digest food and gives glow to your skin. It also helps to hydrate your skin. Try to take seasonal vegetables, fruits and ingredients in your meal.
Make your diet plan as per weather condition. Right quantity of every food item is very important. Make correct combination of food items. Select appropriate food items at your different food spans. Having pizza or burger at breakfast is not good choice also it’s combination with rice – roti is wrong.
Oily food items also should be avoided at breakfast. Early morning is not good time to take oily food. So plan right combination of food dishes is also very necessary for good health!
3. Avoid low vibrational food –
We always eat what our tongue demands. We always choose tasty food. We do blandishments to fulfill our stomach food craving. We even forget what is right for eat and what not. Often we consume low vibrational food. It consists tamasic properties that affects our health.
Meat, alcohol, extreme oily and spicy food comes under low vibrational and tamasic food type. It brings us low vibrational and annoying effects on our body and mind. Irritability, anger, ego, lost our mind’s power of thinking. It makes us helpless and cruel. So, avoid this type of food consuming.
Instead have high vibrational food. Satvik food comes under high vibrational food. Satvik food means well cooked and freshly prepared food. It will gives you satisfaction, peace and mind fulfillment. So, be aware of where you are spending your money. Whether you are buying happiness or sadness in the form of your food.
Eat that give you live not anyone’s life. Think on it. You are responsible for creation of good karma in your personal life. Remember you can not get or even expect high vibrational energy by consuming low vibrational energy.
So ,eat food that add values in your life as one good human being!
4. Choice of Food –
Choice of food is also plays important role on our health. Choosing right food is good choice for glowing skin, strong body and strength. But usually we consume fast food. Fast food is made of fatty and heavy to digestive ingredients.
That results in gaining weight, obsession, pimples on face, oily and dull skin. Fast food is also not good for your heart and leaver. So, be aware of eating fast food.
It’s ok to have fast food sometimes but not always. You should adapt green vegetables, groats, fruits, eggs, milk etc in your diet. Have you heard that famous quote “GOOD FOOD, GOOD MOOD.”
So, choose food that not gives adverse effect on your body and health.
5. Have intake of proper amount and balanced quantity of food, pay gratitude and be satisfied –
This is very true, as mentioned in above point. Everyone need to follow this. Proper intake of food quantity is also need to be specified. Balance in diet plan, choice of meal that supplies good amount of vitamins and nutritionโs to our body is necessary.
It’s not right that anything you think and eat that. You should be selective about your food. You must know that what to eat and what not. Proper amount is also important.
Having food more than hunger also makes a subject of headache. So, have your food to that limit at your soul and body satisfies. After having food don’t forget about paying gratitude to them who has served you food and god that bring this food in your life.
5 good eating habits – Remember the person who had prepared food for you only wants your compliment about food and satisfaction. So, be kind enough to give compliment for meal you got and set your heart free to shower some praises towards food giver!
